We are rural, and are on the water line, but it doesn't have a ton of pressure and previous guests have mentioned this. Easy to avoid if you can not wash clothing or dishes while showering or checking to see if sprinklers are on before showering. This helps considerable with the guest water pressure experience. Our family of 20 stayed there for the Christmas holiday and we found that it worked great if we followed these few suggestions. Check out and getting your deposit back? It's pretty easy. 1.) Please bag all trash and place beside the inside garage door when you leave, or if not windy on front step area. 2.) Don’t worry to make the bed as we will be washing all the sheets & blankets anyway. If you want to go the extra mile, you can peel off the sheets, and place them on top of each bed. PLEASE NOTE: If you are aware of any stains, blood, wine, mud, just alert us to them kindly – you’re not penalized it just gives us a chance to address them before the stain is washed and set. There are shout sticks if you want to pre-treat any stain you are aware of! 3.) Dishes are to be clean and put away, or in at least in the dishwasher. If you have a problem with any appliance or dish that we need to be aware of - please let us know ASAP. We will gladly address as quickly as possible for guests in the need, or will take care of when you leave for the next guest depending on the situation. 4.) If you have paid the pet fee we ask you to pick up any dog droppings that might affect the next guest, or alert us to any damage. You are covered by the fee unless its $300 or more of damage, but we will want to address any damage or special cleaning needs immediately. IF you bring a dog without the paying the pet fee, you will lose your deposit. PERIOD. The time to inquire about bringing a pet is BEFORE bringing one. The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 queen and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is also a fire pit in front of the lodge. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is about 200 yards away. There is also a casino with an 18 hole golf course 7 miles away. Restaurants and bars in the town of Niobrara, NE. Welcome to our cabin located at 5801 Main Street in Springfield SD 57062! This cabin sleeps 10 people. The property is riverfront in the small town of Running Water SD. The cabin has 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and two twin XL beds in the other two bedrooms. There is also a set twin bunk beds and a twin XL bed in the downstairs living room. A pull out couch upstairs. A gas grill is provided on the deck along with a fire pit located in the front of the cabin overlooking the Missouri River. We have two fenced in dog kennels also on the property along with a game cleaning table for your use. Niobrara NE is located 5 minutes away or Springfield SD is located less than 10 minutes. Both locations feature golf courses, gas stations and bar and grills.

The Missouri River Cabins are located along the Lewis & Clark Trail on the beautiful Missouri River in the small town of Running Water, South Dakota. The Missouri River Cabins offers some of the nicest riverfront rental cabins/vacation rentals in South Dakota. The area surrounding Running Water features some of South Dakota’s finest fishing and hunting. There are several walk in public areas located within a short driving distance for some of South Dakota’s premier pheasant hunting. This area also features some of the best duck and goose hunting right on the Missouri River.
